UPDATE: Almost one month after the attack-
Cheesecake is healing up very nicely and is back outside with her sisters! She had three wounds total; the skin on her back was scratched up, her neck was ripped open, and the skin underneath her left wing was disconnected from her body.
All wounds...
Thank you, everyone! I sprayed her wounds down the best I could with Vetericyn and she is now roosting comfortably in a quiet, dark room. I'm so worried about her neck; the top lawyer of her skin is completely ripped, leaving her muscle exposed. Do you think she should get stitches or will it...
I mixed 2 teaspoons of table salt into 4 cups of warm water and dabbed her wounds with a clean towel. I am going to spray Vetericin later tonight. Is there anything else I should do? It looks like her neck wound goes straight down to her muscle. Thank you for helping Cheesecake, I am so worried...
I am uploading the photos now. She is in a cat carrier in our bathroom with the lights off. I am unsure how to clean her neck wound. Hopefully, the photos will help.
I have a chicken that was attacked by a dog about one hour ago. I found her in the backyard with AT LEAST two open wounds. She is walking and talking, but she is struggling.
WOUNDS:

Hello @cluckjans ! I am so sorry to hear about your Hen. I am going through a very similar issue and looked to Google for help. If you don't mind, can you tell me what happened/what you chose to do in your scenario? Making that choice is so hard. I have a Hen that I am caring for in my house...
Thank you so much for the help! Yes, I will be able to run a power cord to her coop, if not I can move it to a better location. Do you recommend any specific heaters?
This is what she is in right now. https://www.amazon.com/Merax-Chicken-Wooden-Animals-Nesting/dp/B017LTC26C It is what we used when they were chicks. She seems to have trouble walking up the ramp due to weak legs, maybe caused by Merek's?
Thank you for your help! Yes, she is in a smaller coop so she has her own space. It is not a lot of space though, and she struggles getting up into the nesting box to roost. She has been sleeping on the ground lately which I know is not good for winter. What bedding would you recommend?
Hello BYC!
I have a sick chicken that I am quarantining (she might have Merek's) but winter is approaching fast. I found her shivering pretty badly when it was only 60 degrees and in the middle of the day so I know she will not do well when it gets colder. I live in Arkansas so I am expecting...
