    Once I build my run, what is the best wire to use for predator proofing? I have issues with stray cats and raccoons. I am brand new to this and don't want to lose any of my girls.

    My dad and I started my coop today. Its 8x6 and will have a pitched roof. I have six chickens. I am soooo excited about this. Bonus I get to spend quality time with my dad. Will post more pictures once we complete the coop and the run.
