Margaret decided one morning that she is a he. We can't have roosters where we live, so I have to re-home him. I have raised him as a pet since he was one week old. He is now 11 weeks, and he's absolutely beautiful. I'd like him to go to a safe home where he will be protected from predators...

Me again. Here is Margaret at 10 weeks. I heard something yesterday morning that sounded very un-ladylike. Is Margaret a Mike?? I am not sure what breed she is. I was told she was a silkie, but she has a single comb, so she's not.

I emailed the feed store, and apparently, Julia is a white leghorn . . . they have no answer as to why she was sold as a BO. Now I have to go look up leghorn . . .
