    The chicks are 2-3 weeks old now. I'm gonna wait till they get some size before putting them in the coop. The roosts are in the closed area along with the nesting boxes. I can always add more open spaces on the side with the door (shelving)

    Treasure coast Fl ..Hot as hell currently. The coop above is 3 1/2 by 6 but I can add more closed area if nessassary because of the height inside. I can easily add another 3x5 enclosed

    Free ranging isn't allowed where I live county ordinances. Would 8 chickens be ok with my current coop size? I could always give a few to my neighbor
