How energetic and curious are they? I've got a Malay pullet, and I'm wondering if their temperament is similar. My Malay pullet, Noel, is amazingly tame, and is fearless and in to everything.

Yesterday I received a pair of Salmon Faverolles. Turns out that they're very photogenic critters, and quite silly. I named the hen Firedancer and the rooster Shadow.

Her father is our infamous Broody Rooster. Right now he's raising a clutch of four chicks, including two EEs.
Probably because if they get cold, they flip so their head is under water, and are unable to flip right side up. Had this happen with a serama roo. Result: sneezing, coughing, miserable rooster. I never let him swim again unless it was a heated pool/tub.
