I will still bring them in for a little while. We are suppose to be getting in a storm tonight so I just brought them in. I miss their chirping now during the day when they are out.
I would love to post pics of their mansion, but now I am afraid it will disappoint you all We have not painted...
OK I am new also to the chicken seen. Grit??? Is it different than scratch??? Do they eat it or just play in it???
Our chickens are 6 weeks old, what should I be feeding them now? I have been feeding them chick feed do they need anything else right now, and when they run out of that what do I...
I read that as "when is it ok to leave them in their coop instead of in the house"...was that not what was meant? I'd think that once they're fully feathered, you can move them outside instead of keeping them in a brooder. Could be wrong, or maybe that's not what you were asking
Thank you...
Thank you all for your replies. I am really ready for a dust free and smell free home again. I sure have fallen in Love with these silly little girls. I think tonight will be there first night out I will for sure put out the heat lamp for them. I don't want anything to happen to them.
Thanks again.

I am sad to say that she has passed on. I would take her out from the others to feed her, but she just was not growing. I did everything to help her along but it just didn't work.
Thank you for your replies.
I have an Easter Egger with a crooked beak. We are new to the chicken seen, and I don't think she is going to make it? What can I do to help or do I just?????
