I recently bought an incubator so I can hatch and sell chicks. I set 15 eggs and they should hatch in about 2 weeks. I do not want to ship chicks (yet). I need some advice please.
I can't wait because either tomorrow or Tuesday (probably tomorrow) I will candle my first batch of eggs! It won't be for a couple weeks but I can't wait to see how many make it to lockdown and how many hatch.

Yesterday my younger brother was playing outside and found a huge chicken snake in the nest boxes. It had eaten 6 of my broody hens eggs!

Thanks to both of you! Butter is almost 4 years old and we got him as a puppy on my moms birthday in the middle of a snow storm and kept him in the house for a while.
