Hi, we just had our baby mallard duck hatch 5-29-2022 and he has a bill deformity. He seems to be doing well but it’s only been 12 hours since he hatched. I was just wondering if anyone has been through this, when, what and how did you start the feeding process. I did give him some water today...
We just had a baby duck born with same deformity. He seem to be doing well and breathing ok. He’s only been hatched for about 5hours. Was wanting to know how you started him off with feedings and drinking. Thanks so much
Hi- we just had a duckling born with the same bill defect. Writing to ask what you did or used woven strut g feedings? We already love our baby so much and want to do the best possible thing for him.
