    Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it. I just hate to see this poor hen trying so hard to be a chicken, & her tummy is so big she can barely walk. Its the dangest thing Ive ever seen.....

    I have a golden sex link hen, about 16 months old, was laying fine untill about a week ago, maybe longer... She is still eating & drinking fine, poop is normal, but her abdomen is huge & hard as a rock. I did a rectal & can feel a huge mass that seems to take up any free space in her lower...
