    I have 7 week old chicks I got 2 weeks ago . They had odd Feather on back I thought their Feather were growing in now I think lice or mites . Thought?

    Have you used a Rent a Coop Heating Plate for Brooder?

    Does any one have experience with using the Renta coop heater plate covered in a straw cave... I have one set up in large horse tank. I do have some concern it may be to cold to keep out in unheated barn. The barn is running 40 to 60 degrees

    Have you used a Rent a Coop Heating Plate for Brooder?

    Yes I have used them for several years. I have always started a about 1 to 2 inches and then raise an inch a week. This year I started with back low and front a inch taller. I love them!
