I built an 8x8 coop last year! It looks very similar to this layout, only I don't have a ramp. Also, I made 4 PVC system feeders with a 45 at the bottom and attached them to the wall.
What waterer type are you using? And do you have any windows in the coop?
The poop board is a really good...
