A bit of an update: I have treated water with ACV, and my hen still seems weird! she is eating, drinking and moving around! she seems to be doing OK, yet her tail is still in the down position.
They get the electrolytes/ vit's in water too!
Anyone got any input?

Yes, she does seem to be skinny, comparied to others...she is a Polish Bantam so she is smaller than other chic's but compaired to her sister she does seem skinny!
no changes in chic scratch or housing area. I do feed them table scraps...have been doing that from the time they were about 2 wks old. they dont get much as there is only two of us in house. so they might get peels one day and then a small bowl of left overs the next.

I have a hen that is about 2 months old, she has started to walk with her tail down and acts if like she does not feel very well. I have watched her and these are the things I have noticed over the last several days
eats very little, stays with group yet stands away from them...

In General, do back Yard Chickens need any kinds of medicine, for safety of their human friends? I do NOT want to get anyone sick and I want to make sure that they are healthy also! any input would help as to I am a YOLK at this Chicken raisin!

Funny that you ask, We call our Chic's "Ki-Ki's", and yes they do know me at least because I am the one that feeds them and takes treats to them.....when I go to my sisters house, I also call them and here they come running, I always take treats to them or crack some fresh pecans for them...
I read that a frazzle is from breading two frizzles. Which state that a frazzle with have very brittle feathers and not to bread frazzles. The articule also states that a frizzle and a regular Cochrin are the best to bread with each other.....Always bread a frizzel to a regular feathered...
