    What breed is this guy?

    According to the answer from the hatchery they think this is an Easter egger. What do you all think? Not that it really matters what he is, I’m just curious. Does anyone have a rooster that looks like him? Will he get more colorful than this? He’s still pretty young, about 4-5 months.

    What do you use in your run?

    What do you all use in your runs? Right now my run has a layer of hay down so they aren’t walking in mud. Are there other alternatives to hay? Like mulch, wood chips, Or straw? They love the hay because they can eat whatever they find in it, but I’m am curious if there is a better material to use. 🤔

    I love that movie as well! It started off with a few names before we settled on Cheeks. It’s just nothing really stuck and we kept referring her as Cheeks. It fits so well, those fluffy cheeks are adorable!
