    This duck was limping for a couple of days. Today when she showed up she was not, fed her and others worms. Later in day, my daughter found her like this. Can’t seem to use legs, fly and won’t drink. She lifts her head. So, I put her in heat for the night by herself. I gave her water w probiotic...

    They didn’t start doing it until they started hangout w the neighbors duck. My other three ducks stay pretty close and come in when we call them, sometimes before. It’s hard to say! I worry though cuz here in SE Michigan it was so cold.

    Hi yes I worry about it. There is a bunch of canals here and they all lead to the Detroit river and if the ice pushes them out to the river, there is a strong current. There Ruens and there big but hopefully no body shoots them for meat or a predator gets them.

    I’m introducing myself I have 7 ducks, 1 lives in the house and three just visit occasionally. My neighbors duck is half wild and half domestic, she started hanging out with two of my ducks. Now they’re barely around anymore. We live on a canal in SE Michigan.
