    And I probably wouldn't have it running at full capacity soon but if you figure several hundred eggs per week and eggs started each week, you would have 1000 eggs at a time already in there pretty easy.

    Ok, thanks everybody. And the chicks were fluffy, not obviously wet so I am leaning toward a heat spike as well.

    Over 40 chicks, all hatched but 2 that were started zipping (dead too)and 2 that were not hatching. It is forced air, I clean it every time between hatches but I do focus on the bottom. I will definatly clean and check everything before using it again. We had opened and moved stuff around...

    The only thing we're have found is my husband noticed that the incubatator humidity sensor was taking high while the humidity controller sensor was reading at 45% (lower than we had it set).

    Yes, there are plugs open, we have used this incubator as is multiple times.

    They are in with silkies and d'ucles but this is what they look like now. Hatched 9/21 so right at 6 weeks old.

    I just bought my first turkeys! I know nothing about turkey, I was told these are bronze. Is there a way to feel about how old they are?
