Update
A guy who raises chickens came out, well he was grabbing the roosters. 4 Of them where cockerels and two where pullets. He was very honest and open about it. We are going to get some more pullets from him next week. The girls seem to be happier now and not as jumpy as they once where...
Here are more pictures of Tiny, grim, and chickaletta. Chickaletta is the bigger one. We are quiet worried all the chicks we got are roosters. Apparently Chickalette, moo, ice cream, and Bumblebee are almost 5 months old. I think tiny and grim are younger due to the fact they just stopped...
So, Bumblebee is a rooster. He crowed for the first time this morning three times. He is not a quiet rooster and my kids found it hilarious. My son said bumble bee sounded like he was a dying chicken, but i told him its because he is just practicing to get better.
I don't know their ages, the lady said they where born the end of april. They look older than that. The only two that fight each other with hackles up are moo and ice cream. I go back and forth on bumble because it won't fight any of the other chickens, it will peck a bit to get the others out...
I have 6 chicks 4 are brahmas and 2 are leghorn/brahma mixed. The lady didnt tell us when they where born, but i think the leghorn mixes are slightly older. So i dont know their exact age. I am trying to figure out of i habe pullets or cockerels. The one with the completely black long tail...
