I had never heard of shredding until this chick - only frizzle/ frazzle. Are there health or special concerns with this - or will she live a normal life? She is not part of a breeding program, just egg production.

It's been unusually cold! And yeah - it's been absolutely CRAZY with the "atmospheric rivers". I'm in the Sacramento area - by now it should be solid 70's! I have been putting my "kids" out in the large wire collapsible dog kennel (like Rottweiler/Shepherd size) without the tray in the grass...
