    Maybe its a fancy pigeon or a breed that doesn't fly well? If its just an everyday looking pigeon, I would just try to get him warm with a heat lamp if he's acting weak and get some food and water to him as he's warming up

    Nice doves! Im also about an hour from Knoxville...i no longer keep doves or pigeons... but i would love to find some jacobins in east tn! I had 1 as a kid and it was my favorite bird!

    The silkie gene comes in most breeds. Look on feather site i saw some silkie cochins on there before.

    I'll guess for you :) #1 is either a blue or self blue old english game bantam #2 black Cochin Most hatcheries don't have many blue bantams so most likely old english and the only black,feather footed,uncrested,beardless bantam is black Cochin. As for gender no idea.

    You are very welcome,yep probably will start any day now. Sometimes large breed roosters take a little longer to crow and sometimes not :)
