    IMHO I would Clean it as others mentioned and cut away the feathers and use paper tape to Close the wound but DO NOT force the skin if it won’t close. Where is the big wound it’s hard to tell? Any breathing issues? Hope everything is ok.

    Emergency help fast!

    I would use a chick warmer instead of a bulb. I’m so sorry this happened. Some tlc, lots of fresh airband water feeding from a dropper would help. Can you keep them in doors for a bit like in a bathroom so they can rest?
