I have a Khaki/Pekin/Mallard female. She looked very similar to Snowflake as a baby. I thought she was just Pekin/Mallard until her feathers grew out. (Pekin/Mallard father and Khaki mother) I do think Snowflake is a cross; if you hatch some of her babies, you will get some beauties!!
2 females and 2 males swmiming in the pond. They've been together since September, but they've started biting one female. They don't let her swim with them, and she spends a lot of time alone. What is the problem??

Yes, the Pekin is the only one I didn't hatch. I managed to hatch 7 out of 8 eggs this year, but 2 of them didn't make it past 24 hours. The 8th never pipped, but it was a beautiful solid yellow baby!
