That looks like normal pecking or bullying. Being coop-ed up in the cold weather makes everyone irritable. I'd say just keep an eye on them to make sure they don't keep pecking on her and make it bleed.

Wow, that a rough start for those babies! I'm sorry for your loses! I'm starting to think this whole chicks by mail thing is a bad idea. My main flock was started with feed store bought chicks and they did great. All of the chicks I or my hens have hatched have done well as long as they make it...
Their feathers kind of look a little ruffled but it's hard to tell. They are at that stage where their feathers are coming in but they still have a little fluff.
Their poops are normal. Nothing runny, no discoloration. Normal brown, semi solid with the little bits of white. They don't seem to been having any respiration issues. No coughing, sneezing, runny noses, etc.

I'm new here but I've hatched a few chicks both by incubator and broody hen. It should take 21 days almost exactly. I try to give them a day or two after that just to be sure all the eggs that are going to hatch do. If they haven't hatched within 23 days then something went wrong...
