    Ooh that sounds real nice! I started wirh Honey crisp, Honey gold, pink lady and mcIntoch. I recently learned that Bardsey Island Apple trees are now available in the U.S. and i am so ready to get my hands on a couple of those. I really want to get into heritage apples.

    it really depends on the cat's personality. If the cat comes from barn cat lineage, it is more likely to respect fowl, but house and stray cats turned barn cats can also be trained/socialized to ignore your ducks and chickens. Having a farm dog also helps. In our orchard we started with barn...
