They were shipped within Texas. Temperature was about 75-90F when shipped and yes these are some pictures before their beaks started coming off. The brooder is an old bathtub so I don't think they could've broken it on that
I have nine turkey poults and I've noticed their toe nails and beaks are falling off. They weren't clipped as babies and they're broad breasted. Wondering what this is. They seem perfectly healthy otherwise
The top and sides are covered with wood. They will have a smaller nighttime crate to go in, in my RV when I'm gone and when it's nighttime. I also have three livestock guardian dogs that patrol 24/hr. I will be adding hardware cloth on the bottom.
