    The bottom on top does nothing. I've opened the black box and have no idea what does what inside. I can hear a humming (not loud) but nothing moves.

    Thanks Tom. Sounds like I have the exact same model as you. I've tried pushing/holding the button in top of the black box. Nothing happens. I hear the him of a motor inside the black box but does not appear as if anything is working/moving. Is there a screw that needs to be loosened that maybe...

    It's an older model but new to me I used it to hatch out a batch for the final lockdown because I had a split batch so needed separate incubator to completed the hatching.

    Anyin know anything about the Turner motor in the older model marsh roll x. I she t the one with a clear lid. Motor doesn't move any parts but sounds like something is running in there.
