    The two with bigger combs, one looks welsummer I don't know about the other one, are definitely cockrels.

    Give it some sugar water and offer food with crumbled hard boiled egg yolk. I would keep an eye on the little one and put her in a separate brooding box. If she's still alive and alert is a few days I would put her back with the other chicks.

    Eggs can take 12-32 hours to externally pip after the internal one. If you hear peeping then it has internally pipped. From pip to zip it can take a few hours to 12 hours or sometimes more.     I didn't even know you could use this. This will help so much. I wouldn't have to fence in as much of my property, goats are such trouble makers.
