I got cutters from Lowes. They had a chart next to them. They have a yellow handle and they say for wire cutting and have a picture of cutting poultry wire. They work like a charm. Our original idea to help predator proof was to put hardware cloth on the bottom of the run and cover with dirt and sand. Being a newbie to chickens, I thought it was a good idea.
