    Young pullet sneezing all the time

    I have a young silkie pullet (6 months) who seems to be sneezing all the time. She's been doing this for a couple of months. There is no eye or nasal discharge & no smell of sickness. Her appetite & poop are normal. I thought maybe is was a response to the fires locally & the ash in the air but...

    Hi all! It's been forever since I've dropped in. I wanted to let everyone know that I'm ok. We were next to evacuation zones but thanks to favorable topography & wind direction, we are safe & sound. Just a lot of smoke. I hope all of you are well too.

    Ron's advice is spot-on. I have a misting system thanks to him. I also got a small round rubber feed trough - I fill it halfway with water & place frozen gallon-sized water jugs in each hot morning. The birds will wade right in & cool off.

    Cool! I was thinking that it looked like an olive egg with a dark brown wash over it but that's just a wild guess. Glad to hear that you have some more UofA blues. :)
