    Keeping a dust bath dry?!

    Thanks for the input. I put 2 inch pavers in the perimeter so I guess they will just keep scratching deeper. The native ground is clay dirt so not ideal once the dig deeper. Any experience with clay soil?

    I’m new to chickens and I just recently made a dust bath with DE sand and dirt. No idea if I put enough or too much DE. The bath is about 12 inches by 12 inches and about 3 inches deep. How deep should the dust bath be?
