I personally would toss it after a couple days. It will start to get moldy.

Unfortunately you will not want to leave it in there more than a day or two. Mold is a serious concern.

As long as they are dry and out of direct winds, they should be fine. I'd be more concerned about lack of ventilation with that coop...
