    Thanks again for all of the great advice! Our chickens are 7 weeks old. We have one Wynadotte, one Buff, two Black Sex Links and two Rhode Island Reds. The can go up and down the ramp fine, they just like to be under the coop! I will just continue putting them in at night until they get the hang...

    My kids and I are new to raising chickens. So far they have been so much fun! I do have a question about the coop. We had the chickens in our basement until they were big enough to go out to the hen house. We were told to leave them in the hen house for about four days before letting them roam...
