UPDATE: For anyone else experiencing a duckling with a herniated umbilical area. It's been about 24 hours since hatching and 90% of it has been absorbed into the duckling. It's just a small red spot now. The duckling is very active, going potty, and doing very well. Just giving hope for anyone...
