I have easter eggers from cackle hatchery that look a lot like these birds. My experience with this breed tells me that is a young rooster with a pea or rose comb. Help! There is a skunk in my coop now!

Electric fencing, do you really need it vs non electric fencing
Your birds will love access to that area! I've done so many things to keep away the predators , fencing, confinement, armed guarding(me with a shotgun).
