    No bloody poop. I cleaned their brooder today. Their was some food that had gotten wet but didn't appear moldy. The chick was approximately 3 weeks old the pullet is approximately 12-14 weeks.

    Any barred breed, as long as the male is barred all get that gene. If the female is barred but the male isn't only the roos get the barred gene. Isn't that right Oh Wise One ? I tried to pay attention in class. LOL

    Yours or mine may never get that big, the birds there are show birds. They have been breed to be very large. I don't expect mine to ever reach the size of some of the Roosters I saw there.
