Hen not eating, moving, laid soft shell, stayed in coop all day

I ended up bringing her to the vet, she was getting weak after not eating for those days and was in obvious discomfort. The X-ray showed she had an oviduct impaction which required surgery. Weighing out the risk vs benefit I decided to euthanize her as she probably wouldn't tolerate surgery...

Hen not eating, moving, laid soft shell, stayed in coop all day

Gave her Tums when I got home last night. Unfortunately she was scratching and pecking just yesterday morning, the rest of the day she was back to not doing much, not eating, just drinking. This morning is same, not eating and staying in place. Her crop is small and squishy, less than a ping...

Her crop feels squishy and soft this morning like it was yesterday. She hasn't eaten and won't even take the grit. Is there anything else I can do?

I didn't feel it this morning but compared with the other hens and it's softer and squishier. She hasn't eaten since yesterday. I'll hold off and feel it in the morning. I didn't notice a bad odor.

Wild bird feed is just a treat couple times a week, their regular feed is Modesto Milling Whole Grain Layer NonCorn NonSoy (17% protein). She was laying normal eggs before this, it was only yesterday we found the soft shell. So after reading about sour crop, that's definitely what she has...

Vent is clean, she actually had more solid poop about an hour ago: Comb and wattles are in the photo above, they look fine to me. Crop feels bloated, could it be sour crop?

Yes, she has oyster shells available. She's also free range. I give her the treats below, including watermelon, bean sprouts, some of our leftovers but not very often.

I could, that's to address the soft shell right? She just started laying a couple of weeks ago, shells were fine then. Any idea what's causing her to be sick?

I have a hen that I thought got out of our yard but turns out she was in the coop all day. I moved her inside to see what's going on and below are the symptoms. I need your expert advice on how to treat her. 1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or...
