Heres a ? for the wheaten peeps. I ve got several blue weatens hatched on may 3rd, and all the boys looks similar except for one, and he looks to have more yelowish feathers in his breast area and hackles. The other boys have mostly orange/gold color in theirs. Here is a closer side shot, man...

my best attempt at a decent side shot of the splash boy, but still a little fuzzy. The wound on his lt thigh seems to be doing OK at the moment. Here is pic of a black from my Aug hatch.....what do you think of him?

Elias, thanx . I got him as an older cock from a gal who bought hatching eggs from a well known breeder here......not sure if its appropriate to drop a name in public, as I didnt personally do the transaction. I will do my best to get a better pic tomorrow, though.

Yea, this isnt my first go-round with a predator..... eventually, i'll get him Yea the back is mostly solid blue, I was running low on light this eve and didnt want to stess him any more than I had to. I'll see if I can get a better side shot tomorrow. Is he not a splash with a solid blue...
