I've read the threads here on treating bumble foot with tricide neo. One question I have and didn't see it addressed. Is there an egg withdrawal needed?

We are similar with a 10×10 shed/8 hens. There is cross ventilation near ceiling. Different than most, I do close up all windows and doors after they are settled for the night...including their run access door. Curtains over windows.

Just add more. I soak about 1/2 a bag in just enough water to expand it ..about once a month and lightly rake it in. I now use it in the nest boxes too.
Since I posted this thread I have mixed in semi expanded (mix with water) pine pellets with the sand. It works great. The run is 'covered' but a hard rain blows in easily. I add it pine pellet just along the outside edge and it does a great job of absorbing the rain. I then eventually mix it in...
I never had obvious or really extreme bullying with the last flock I had. This new flock...oy!
I just noticed today a wayndotte chasing and pecking my biggest girl..a buckeye. The Buckeye (Big Boo) is docile and sweet...which I believe is why the Wayndotte (Piper) zeros in on her.

The large round area was hard to define this time...it kinda surprised me. Just seemed more densely feathered.
This Partridge Rock girl is almost 20 wks. I noticed weeks ago that she carried her tail down all the time.she is clear of all diseases, eats, drinks,poops and acts completely normal. She's not depressed and is acti e in the flock.
Last week I examed her and that fluffy area in the higher tail...
Anyone in the SouthEast use this line of feed? Thoughts/experiences.
Only down side for me is my wheat allergy when handling...but I am willing to risk if it's worth it.
