    Hooray! I just got my first egg on Tuesday! It is so exciting! I think mine is from my Partridge Rock, and it's so light brown it almost appears pink. Still waiting for the other 4 hens to join in!

    I don't have an answer but I have the same problem! The timer I have will only stay on a certain amount of hours after dusk, or all day. I'll keep reading to see if there's an answer!
