    FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

    Hey y'all. I'm Chayse and I live out of Hernando County here in Florida. I have 15 2-week old chicks. Among them are Barred Rock, White Plymouth, and New Hampshire varieties. 6,4,and 5 respectively. Looking forward to sharing all of my experiences with my fellow chicken raising Florida crackers!

    Getting their first feathers faster then my other breeds. However they are very scared of being handled so far.

    I have 6 Barred Rock and 4 White. They are growing a bit slower then my other breeds but are fast learners, especially the barred ones.

    My chicks came from Cackle hatchery too. I order 15, got 16, but sadly one did die a few hours after they were settled in. Other then that, they appear to be good healthy birds. Mine had to come all the way down to Florida, so I was very impressed.

    I have 15 Chickens total. Of that 6 are BR. They are without a doubt my most friendly chickens as well. They will follow me all around the yard as long I'm out their. They make me feel special, lol.
