    I may be able. I have been considering this however I do have a lot of concrete around it due to a weasel attack last summer, (caught in the act) we made a lot of changes to it and I am so paranoid about small openings around the pen. But this may be my only option.

    No, I have a bucket with heater in it, but I can't use it now in fear of the chicks falling in, so I went and bought a heated waterer with a shallow tray today. All the chickens can use it and I don't worry about chicks falling in.
