    I have butchered silkies in the past. There is not much to eat in that package. In my opinion they should be bread out for size. Possibly even, dare I say it, crossing with the above mentioned birds.

    I have recently hatched a golden laced polish rooster over a ring neck hen chick. I'm pretty excited to see the development even though the animal itself is destined for pet living or freezer camp. seeing as I have a working farm there are very few "pet" slots available.

    I have a day old come out with a very clear cinnamon color? the eggs were mine. as far as myself, and an individual I considers an expert can tell,the parents are straight ring neck of "standard color". any idea of the color veriation?

    Hey Birdman, got any idea for a good meat maker diet for pheasant? I have been reading and it seams to be higher protein and lower fat?? Any information you can add would be appreciated.
