Looks great Jason. You're ahead of me with the new family. i still need to run power and install facia boards and soffits for protection. Had to put this project on hold and do a " honey do" for the wife :) 600 sq ft on tile. That's done so it's back to the Coop.
I'm with the majority , build one. But your going to need a few more dollars. I just finished a 8x8 with a 8x16 run. So far i'm about $800.00 dollars into it and I'm not done. Close but there's a few more dollars to finish the details.
Well I've started my first Chicken coop this week. Having a great time tinkering with it too. Going to be a 8x8 with a 8x16 run area. We looked at the premade types and decided to build one that will last more then a week :)
Very nice set up. Is this a newly finished coop or has it been there. Super clean and organized. Blends in well. Excellent work. Just curious though, do you have a run set up or free range spoiled brats :)
Drawing plans for my coop / run as well. I thought I would do a gable roof with Plywood and shingles. Is this considered overkill? It's going to be a 8 x 24 set up.
