    My girls are growing fast! I'm planning to go get the wood for our new coop tomorrow and plan to have it done or nearly there by the weekend. One of mine is starting to fly a bit and she likes to be up high. She even flew up on my arm tonight. I think she's one of our EE.

    I just feel like such a failure over this. We talked about building a coop to start with and scrapped the idea when we saw these. Now we're screwed because husband burned the box and we can't return it. He's made because we now also have to spend the money to build one on top of it.

    It's 3x7 exterior and 1x3 interior. Hubs and I have decided to build a 4x8 ourselves and use the existing one for a grow-out pen for our littles. They are 3 weeks old now and I think should be pretty well feathered out by next week so we can put them in it during the day and in at night...
