    Thanks for the replies! Yes,we are out in the country and we are o.k w/ a rooster,or two! New to all this chicken stuff and finding it ever so interesting! :-)

    I added a few more pics...no feathers on the feet.It was supposed to be a pullet,out of a rare breed mix,from our local co-op.Do you think it is an Ameraucana?

    We bought 3 birds from our local feed store.They were supposed to be all pullets and a mix of "rare breeds." We think the other two are a Polish and a Cochin.Could this one be a an Easter Egg Chicken? Ameraucanas?
