I breed clause to my hens. Mostly with my rsl. Out of the 11 chicks, all hens had green legs and all boys yellow. Was that just luck?

What do you think of my rooster. Is he an EE? Is that a pea comb? I was given 2 hatchery ameraucanas a hen and this guy. The hen had beard and muffs and lays a green egg. My red star was sure happy when I brought him home.

I was trying to get my birds to be more friendly. I started by giving treats from my hand. Once they are comfortable with that I would pick one up at a time and set it up on something then feed it. After only a couple times 5 of the 10 where walking around my feet and waiting for me to pick them up.

I have a BBB hen that's only 5 month old. I found 2 eggs yestetday. I know there not fertile because my Tom's are only a 3-4 months old. If I got a tom would there be any chance I would get fertile eggs before it gets to cold out?
