    Geese laying eggs in winter!

    So, woke up this morning and found 5 goose eggs in the barn. Very confused, as I heard geese shouldn’t lay until at least spring? They are particularly young geese, 2 of them, though I’m positive they’re the age to lay. Any ideas on what this could possibly be?

    Hello! Just recently purchased two Embdem goslings (with a bit of Toulouse) and are curious about what sex you think they are. I’m thinking I may have a pair, but I’d like to make sure first. These are my first ever geese!

    Paper towels? How come, if you don’t mind me asking unfortunately only the two of them hatched, but I plan on buying some more chicks to add to the brooder soon.

    The entire brooder should be that temp? The heat pad is warmed up perfectly fine
