Thank you. That's my concern. Getting chicks, having one (or both) turn out to be a rooster and then trying to find a safe home for him. I'm going to look for a blue that I know is a pullet.

Hi all! I'm in Pinellas County and I'm looking for a blue Jersey Giant. Anyone know anyone who has blue (preferably known to be pullets)...

I already have four pet pigs and two hens and our houses are very close together. I have really great neighbors who save their veggie scraps for my little "farm" and I don't want to make them unhappy with constant crowing. I wish I could find someone with blu Jersey Giant pullets for sale.
