Like I said, an esa and a sa are not the same. What @IdyllwildAcres is describing is a service animal. A landlord can absolutely not allow a esa into a home- especially if that animal is something like a chicken. I also said to go to a doctor. I would never recommend one of those websites that...
Emotional support chickens. To be clear Not service animals. They are different. Go to a doctor and explain your chickens help keep you and your family calm and teach good living habits to your children. Have them write a letter.
I currently have a flock of EE pullets and a cockerel that is a Cream Legbar x RIR. I’m wondering if their offspring will be brown layers, olive layers, EE, ??? What should I expect? I am also trying to wrap my head around all this genetics stuff. Any help there would also be appreciated. That...

I would follow the advice given as to getting more information but I would do it in writing. Email is best but certified letters work too. Explain what you have above about the location of the aviary and the officer’s reaction. You don’t see how that violates the code and refuse to comply with...
All great responses. I am leaning toward @Melky response. Putting the coop and run directly behind the garage will be the most convenient and would also keep it dry. I do plan to free range when possible.
As for the other responses this is all great information to consider. I have really...
I do not fly planes though I am considering a ppl. The name Fly Guy comes from fly fishing. I lived in Idaho for quite a while and have fished all over the north west. My in laws have a cabin outside of Woodland Park so I fish that area as well.
I am good at 12'. All rules and regs have been checked. I cant have a commercial operation that would require a tax ID nor can I have large livestock. Goats are a maybe but Im not going there...yet.
