    I do find mine to be one of my friendlier girls! I emailed Hoover’s some photos and got the below response. We do have different strains of the Barred Rocks. This is one of our commercial strains . They do have a variance in coloring at times.

    Ventilation is good, when I wrapped the run, I did not make it air tight, there's a gap above the door and all around the top so lots of airflow. the sides aren't perfectly air tight either, the plastic is more of a wind block then making it air tight. On the Coop I just wrapped the "run"...

    Got this lady from TSC, and she is supposed to be a barred rock, was black with a white dot as chick, but looks nothing like my neighbors. She is 17/18 weeks old. , Any thoughts?
