    I have a RIR as well,She used to do that but now she perfectly fine...just give her some time.Don't cull it.

    My chick died of a sinus infection... but he didn't make any noise he just squeaked.

    My hen Milly does that too. It's normal she lays perfectly fine eggs and she is very healthy. They do that to cool off. Don't worry, it's normal.
