Raised 8 Red hens, hatched 6 black link Bared Rock in a converted food dehydrator, using only a bottle cap for "humidity" and a "car" thermometer, set to 99.5F! Ate 3 roosters, all "Ahab" 's because they pecked me, their feeder! Ahab the 4th, now "Boaz" doing very well, with 2 BR hens and his 7 momma's! Sold one BR hen. Former farmr, nurse; now Under His Wings [Ps. 91:4, Lk. 13:14c], enjoying His Creation, including His birds!
